Sam is a long time baker who trained at Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island. She will be sharing all of her tips and tricks for using royal icing to decorate sugar cookies. Royal icing is hard drying, making it ideal for layering and intricate designs. Learn about creating borders, flooding, layering and more!
