Practice and learn the ancient Chinese energy art of Qi Gong. It can be done sitting or standing, and is all inclusive, requiring little physical ability. Taught by Nick Beams, T’ai Chi & Qi Gong teacher, 20+ years T’ai Chi & Qi Gong practitioner, and Pomfret Library Adult Programming Librarian. All ages are welcome, no registration necessary.
